Designed by two UK osteopaths & yoga masters in response to back pain being top 3 of workers compensation claims in the UK & Australia.
Its important to know well over 80% of back injuries & pain are muscular & fixable with targeted exercise.
Lower back pain is often caused by the amount of time that we spend sitting & our deep postural muscles (designed for sustained use) weaken due to reduced use.
To make up for this, another muscle group (designed for short burst lifting & bending) are left supporting our posture long term. These muscles understandably tire, get sore ....resulting in back pain.
Our program wakes up & strengthens the deeper stabilising postural muscles, then stretches & re- balances the outer muscles resulting in greater overall strength & less discomfort.

I can personally vouch for this course. Even though I had taken many hundreds of yoga classes, by lower back was really giving me grief. After discovering i had a serious spine degeneration i needed to do something.
Seriously, this course balanced my lower back muscles (L/R), increased my core strength and gave me enormous support & pain relief.
I would not recommend anything that i did not know worked.
