Mindfulness - Fatigued minds often don't pick up the signs of exhaustion early enough. Our awareness tools help develop a calm, clear, focussed mind to earlier pick these signs.
Conscious Vigorous Movement - Release held tension & restore energy by increasing freshly oxygenated blood to key areas of brain & body to increase energy & vitality.
Breath techniques - Breath techniques have different outcomes. Some relax the body & balance the mind, other techniques revitalise & improve focus.
Focus skills - Quieten our mind chatter & increase clarity & focus by exercising a specific segment of our brain which enables us we develop the ability to hold focus longer.
Conscious relaxation techniques -We outline methods on how to consciously & deliberately relax the whole body to help restore energy.
