MINIMUM FIVE STUDENTS. 

When we truly focus on our own mind stream its often rarely in the moment & busy with disconnected thoughts & distractions. Without a calm clear mind we are more likely to get distracted & quick to react to stimulus, rather than respond calmly with proper thought.

The mindfulness course narrows this mind stream, helps pick up our mind chatter to help restore a calm clarity & refocus.

A MORE MINDFUL AWARENESS ...

  • Mind-stream awareness

  • Living less on auto pilot (Create the tiny space in time).

  • The art of mindful communication (Listening and speaking).

  • The human addiction to distraction. (Our relationship to technology)

  • Urge surfing. (Mindful way to break bad habits).

  • Neuroplasticity. (How the brain is wired).

  • Mindfulness Tools

 

FULL COURSE INCLUDES:
• Detailed Notes

• Each Session is approx 1.5 hours

• Two recordings - Body Scan & Relaxation
• 45min Nidra Deep Relaxation Session

• 4 week post course email follow up
