When we truly focus on our own mind stream its often rarely in the moment & busy with disconnected thoughts & distractions. Without a calm clear mind we are more likely to get distracted & quick to react to stimulus, rather than respond calmly with proper thought.
The mindfulness course narrows this mind stream, helps pick up our mind chatter to help restore a calm clarity & refocus.

COURSE FACETS TO HELP DEVELOP
A MORE MINDFUL AWARENESS ...
Living less on auto pilot (Create the tiny space in time).
The art of mindful communication (Listening and speaking).
The human addiction to distraction. (Our relationship to technology)
Urge surfing. (Mindful way to break bad habits).
Neuroplasticity. (How the brain is wired).
FULL COURSE INCLUDES:
• Detailed Notes
• Each Session is approx 1.5 hours
• Two recordings - Body Scan & Relaxation
• 45min Nidra Deep Relaxation Session
• 4 week post course email follow up
Your class has enabled me to be more aware of how I engage in all areas of my life. I now take note more often of my conversations with others, the way I respond to people, actions and situations life presents.
It's very fulfilling to be able to focus on 'the moment'.
I am able to reserve judgement until I have paused and pondered.
It's empowering to be more in control of my 'self'.
Of course, I am not able to make this happen all the time, I will practice this for the rest of my life, I hope.
