We outline ways to deeply and consciously relax, like reducing mind chatter, deep deliberate focus, breath techniques & gentle movement techniques.

A PERFECT WAY TO SPEND A

SUNDAY MORNING THAT INCLUDES ... 

  • A guided body scan meditation (Great beginners meditation)

  • Mindfulness education to learn to calm our busy chattering mind.

 

  • An hour of slow & gentle movement / restorative yoga

 

  • Learn some calming and balancing breathing techniques.

 

  • A 45 minute deep guided meditation
