Dru yoga includes all facets of safe & subtle mid level movements (postures & sequences), breath techniques, meditation styles & focus. Learn to become more body and mind aware to help manage your energy throughout your day.
It is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.
1.5 hour classes.  

 

 

CLASSES INCLUDE
• Warm up body / Quieten the Mind

• Yoga Postures & Sequences - suitable for all.

• Breath Techniques
• Nidra Meditation Deep Relaxation Session.

• Mindfulness principles scattered here & there.
